• Ensure that urgent ticketing queues, exchange queue, void queue, refund queue and error queue are being worked on throughout the day • Ensure when turning ticketing queues over to the next shift that all PNR’s from their shift are cleared out • Be logged into Airline call back queue throughout duration of shift • Contact carriers when tickets need to be opened, waivers need to be obtained, and for situations that occur which cannot be handled internally • Conduct routine research of travel industry changes, trends and offerings to work with the most up-to-date information • Maintain a professional friendly attitude and demeanor while assisting coworkers/agents
