Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals. • Monitor evolving requirements including critical state government trends, proposed legislation, regulations, and industry issues. • Oversee day-to-day compliance activities including audits, monitoring, issue management, and reporting needs. • Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and controls. • Partner with legal, operations, technology, and business teams to ensure compliance is embedded into processes and decision-making. • Lead regulatory oversight to promote best practices and consistency in regulatory reporting. • Lead the development and delivery of compliance training programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, PharmD) preferred.
  • 5+ years plus of experience in healthcare or pharmacy compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of pharmacy regulations, including CMS, DEA, FDA, and state boards of pharmacy.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex compliance programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
