• Provide strategic direction, transformation, and program management support to various initiatives and system design activities across the Americas region • Apply Program Management best practices to show progress and impact of Americas initiatives and projects • Monitor and manage interdependencies, raising risks and issues in time for resolution • Work closely with functions, OU, OA, and OT leaders to understand business requirements for systems • Plan, coordinate, and execute support for system definition, testing and implementation • Coach others on consistent approaches to program management and impact tracking • Communicate overall transformation status, progress and issues • Understand Change Management and infuse tactics into the initiatives by coaching initiative leaders • Create reusable approaches and templates that can be leveraged for smaller efforts • Generate communications plans, messages, and cascading tools
