• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and security settings to support evolving business processes and uphold platform configuration standards. • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, subflows, and scheduled) to automate and streamline workflows, establishing reusable, scalable automation patterns. • Evaluate business and functional requirements and determine the appropriate automation approach in partnership with analysts and developers. • Partner closely with developers on solutions that combine declarative configuration and programmatic components, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and configuration impacts. • Support sprint-based delivery, including build, test, deployment, and post-release validation activities. • Perform data loads, data updates, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity. • Serve as a primary escalation point to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues and user requests, coordinating with analysts and developers as needed. • Define and maintain documentation, standards, and continuous improvement practices for the Salesforce platform and related processes.
