Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
- Preferred: Experience in finance transformation or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement frameworks.
- Experience developing and delivering training.
- Experience with ERP or financial technology implementations.
