Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, risk management, security operations, or information technology, including at least 2 years focused on AI, data security, security engineering or emerging technology risk.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing or scaling security programs across a diversified enterprise.
- Working knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations relevant to financial services technology and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with standard security technologies and investigative methods for security or compliance incidents.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST AI RMF, SAIF).
- Skilled in conducting risk assessments of AI systems, including model lifecycle security and third-party service evaluations.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex topics to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Experience with security monitoring, red teaming, or incident response in data science environments is a plus.
- Background in lending or financial services preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications.
- Field(s)/Profession(s): Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or related field.
