• Responsible for growing and maintaining current customer base for our BDS, Zone, JKS and RT Pro brands • Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition • Maintain customer files and information in database • Prepare segment sales forecasts by units and dollars • Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary • Provide sales input for quarterly strategic planning process • Interface with Product Management to provide customer feedback on product performance • Provide input on advertising, literature and promotion materials • Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive • Create and maintain professional relationships with all team members and customers/prospects • Self-motivated • Travel is required, averaging 2 weeks per month visiting customers/prospective customers • Trip reports are required following customer visits and events • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
