Job Description
• Lead a team of elite Security Technical Architects for strategic customer engagements
• Drive strategic engagements focused on Security Architecture
• Lead customer strategy for secure AI adoption
• Architect trusted Agentic AI frameworks
• Deploy Cortex Guard and AI Observability
• Ensure AI governance through Role-Based Access Control and data masking
• Lead workshops for transitioning customers to advanced Cybersecurity Data Lake
• Build repeatable reference architectures for Identity and Data Governance
• Guide customers through end-to-end journeys for Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
• Act as a leadership point of contact and influence product roadmaps
Job Requirements
- 20+ years of industry experience in Data, Security, Networking, Infrastructure, or AI Engineering
- 8+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing technical teams
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of LLM security risks and mitigation strategies using tools like Cortex Guard
- Expertise in governing Autonomous Agents and ensuring 'Human-in-the-loop' controls
- Mastery of techniques for Data Privacy for AI
- Proficiency in observability techniques including logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing
- Expertise in modern authentication/authorization protocols and implementing robust Role-Based Access Control models
- Deep knowledge of securing cloud and hybrid network architectures
- Proficiency in securing the container lifecycle, managing secrets within Kubernetes
- Strong background in aligning security programs with regulatory frameworks
