Job Description

• Develop and manage VIP activations such as events and gifting campaigns • Build creative briefs and ensure that each activity reflects the VIP brand positioning and strategy • Prepare quarterly brand activation calendars • Oversee full project lifecycle: concept → brief → approval → production → execution • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Ensure timely delivery of all elements according to brief and budget • Prepare and manage project budgets • Collect reports, photos, and video materials after each activation • Track performance indicators (ROI, engagement, retention impact) • Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines, tone, and style • Supervise design, gifting, and merchandise outputs • Work closely with VIP Account Managers, SMM Managers, Procurement, and Legal & Finance teams.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations (experience with premium or VIP audiences is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with creative briefing, vendor coordination, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets
  • Strong understanding of event production and gifting workflows
  • Solid budget management and reporting skills
  • Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken)
