Job Description

• Lead and execute high-impact sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth • Serve as the project leader for regional sales plays and integrated campaigns • Develop marketing insights and oversee business reporting and point-of-sale data collection and analysis • Channel marketing responsibility for a portfolio of strategic distributors • Design and deliver internal training for sales and marketing teams

Job Requirements

BA or BS in marketing, business, or related field
At least 5 years in marketing, sales, or similar commercial position
Demonstrated planning, organization, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written; strong interpersonal skills)
Self-motivated; self-starter; delivers on commitments
Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in finding solutions
Strong business judgment; comfortable managing, summarizing, and drawing insights from data
Strong data analytical skills and ability to organize/communicate data in a meaningful way to business stakeholders.
Computer proficiency in various software programs: Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Power BI; Salesforce.com
