• Assist the team with completing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) • Support compliance operations such as maintaining the Record of Processing Activity • Support the legal team by managing matter workflows, updating agreement and policy templates • Help drive privacy and product legal projects and initiatives by coordinating stakeholders • Coordinate updates to terms and conditions, policies, internal standards and related documentation • Assist with evidence collection for ISO and SOC audits • Manage the risk register by uploading risks into Jira • Conduct legal research, pull together background materials for advice and decision-making • Maintain the systems that keep our legal specialty running smoothly • Help translate complex privacy and product concepts into clear, engaging and accessible materials • Coordinate and support legal training sessions, onboarding programs, e-learning rollouts
