Job Description

• Grow meaningful relationships with benefits consultants in the labor sector to open doors for new business and increase Hello Heart’s visibility. • Partner closely with sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, and marketing teams to create momentum with prospective clients. • Co-lead and participate in engaging, educational, and social events (in-person and virtual) with regional consulting offices—bringing the best of Hello Heart to life with support from our internal experts. • Attend key conferences and events in the labor sector to further build your network and build awareness of Hello Heart

Job Requirements

3+ years working in labor benefits consulting or Consultant Relations with a focus on labor
Deep experience from a consulting or brokerage firm, e.g., Segal
Strong existing relationships across the consultant ecosystem
Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re a confident speaker, sharp writer, and authentic connector.
A proactive, self-starter mindset—you know how to navigate ambiguity, prioritize your time, and hustle with heart.
Willingness to travel (~50%) to connect in person and keep relationships real.
