- Support onboarding, implementation, and professional development activities.
- Ensure partners experience smooth rollouts and ongoing value.
- Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction and support renewal processes.
- Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with district administrators, instructional leaders, and community organizations.
- Attend and support regional conferences, workshops, and partner events.
- Strengthen referral pathways through ongoing relationship management.
- Data-Driven Targeting
- Use available data sources—including NCES—to identify high-need schools and align outreach strategies.
- Track progress through CRM platforms and follow established workflows.
- Renewals & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with existing partners.
- Support multi-school and district-wide adoption through proactive communication and relationship building.
