Job Description
• Support experienced‑hire recruitment within the consulting practice
• Manage multiple recruiting priorities while delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes
• Develop, implement, and measure customized recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor by developing a strong understanding of client business needs
• Conduct recruiter assessments, delivering clear evaluation summaries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles
- Demonstrated experience exercising professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS platforms (e.g., Workforce), LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques
