Job Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus over the past 3+ years on Blockchain, Crypto, or Web3, driving strategic growth and client acquisition in these emerging technology domains.
- Solid domain expertise in capital markets, with direct experience selling into buy-side, sell-side, or post-trade environments.
- Excellent understanding of SWIFT, blockchain, DLT, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services.
- Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals, ideally in financial services, blockchain, or insurance.
- Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
- Fluent communication in English and influencing skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and leading enterprise sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
- Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
