• Handle incoming privacy requests. • Escalate requests when appropriate by looping in subject matter experts. • Provide responses to consumers. • Responsible for managing the process and developing process improvements. • Develop tracking, monitoring, and reporting/filtering for requests. • Assist and coordinate with Privacy Counsel on other privacy initiatives, including data mapping and implementing privacy controls, audits, and monitoring. • Monitor, and research state and federal law as they may relate to remote online notarizations and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers. • Partner with internal business partners to meet legal requests. • Review and revise current company policies to ensure legal compliance.
