Job Description

• Managing the commissioning of new HVAC systems and controls. • Follow up and communication of daily updates regarding field service and warranty work for large National Account customer(s). • Supporting CMS National Account team with production planning, team growth and structure plans, factory discussions and any additional needs that may be required within this growing team. • Provide troubleshooting and warranty support to customers and external service providers. • Facilitate/schedule customer/owner training on proper operation of equipment and preventative maintenance requirements. • Prepare daily updates of all outstanding issues and communicate to all necessary parties as required.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and understand construction documents (i.e., blueprints, mechanical and schematic drawings) and system documents (i.e., product specifications and procedures).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Passion for customer service.
Proven ability to solve problems.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to produce results for the benefit of the company and customers while working independently without supervision.
Ability to manage third party service providers.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions.
Overnight travel up to 30% / Approx. week long trips
