• Effectively communicates with prospective or current customers through emails and inbound or outbound calls. • Responsible for interacting with internal customers at the location support level. • Develop the quote for the customer including mapping of the trip and decision on the ancillary fees. • Deliver quotes to customers and coordinate trip execution with our local operations team. • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound phone and email contacts from customers. • Use basic sales techniques to upsell on every interaction and identify other sales opportunities. • Enter and send booking invitations to locations with available capacity. • Present the quote to customers and ensure understanding. • Notify leadership if a rebate is needed to book the trip. • Respond to customer inquiries and problems providing timely and accurate information.
