• Assists with Xero, Salesforce and FundPanel systems setups. • Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in Xero. • Maintain investor information, investment information, and other fund metrics in FundPanel system. • Liaise with data ingestion team to ensure onboarding templates are reconciled and uploaded accurately. • Perform detailed reviews of historical financial data and make updates to conversion balances, PCAPs, SOIs, capital calls, etc. • Oversee maintenance of entity and investment documentation, ensuring audit and tax readiness through accurate recordkeeping and document coordination. • Execute and manage capital calls, investment funding, distributions, and related investor communications, including wire confirmations and preparation. • Prepare management fee calculations and assist with quarterly financial workbooks to support accounting manager.
