• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce initiatives. • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints. • Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams. • Perform detailed requirements analysis and document current and future processes. • Support day-to-day system operations, analyze results, identify issues, and coordinate improvements. • Lead and support feature delivery from discovery through implementation and production validation. • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support test data creation prior to deployments. • Maintain and update documentation related to processes, workflows, and procedures. • Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
