• As our Claims Manager, you will lead and shape the success of our claims department, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and exceptional service • Manage and motivate claims staff with focus on IN and PA claims teams, ensuring workflow, workload, and service levels are met efficiently • Develop strategies to reduce loss costs and ensure efficient claim processing • Set and measure performance indicators to ensure accountability and team success • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and minimize complaints • Oversee, evaluate, and authorize claims, keeping high priority IN and PA PPA cases closely monitored • Coach adjusters handling IN and PA PPA claims to meet or exceed service objectives and regulatory standards • Negotiate claims, achieve favorable outcomes, and minimize expenses • Foster collaboration within the Claims Department, working closely with staff, supervisors, and managers • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure operational excellence
