• Support go-live activities for hospital monitoring systems installed and tested by a senior System Implementation Specialist (SIS). • Perform system installations, add-ons, and updates according to project plans, site surveys, and customer requirements. • Verify that systems meet Mindray performance and quality specifications through post-installation testing. • Respond on-site to complex issues beyond the scope of local service representatives, ensuring timely resolution. • Document all service and installation activities in compliance with Mindray administrative and quality policies, including MDR and field corrections. • Coordinate and execute system updates and configuration changes as needed. • Participate in continuous training to develop advanced technical, networking, and project management skills for career advancement to SIS.
