Job Description

• Reports to the COO and leads our expanding government-project portfolio • Oversees portfolio execution, financial performance, and operational scalability • Ensures forecasting accuracy, mitigates delivery risks, and partners with Finance • Prioritizes employee growth, trust, and empowerment while maintaining accountability • Serves as a senior presence in client engagements, driving consistency and delivery excellence • Direct project managers and delivery support staff • Establishes high-performing leaders and improves scalable project delivery standards

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a health, technical, or management field
Active PMP certification with 10+ years of certification history
Minimum of 12 years of experience serving as the primary project manager for mid-to-large government contracts over $15M
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience overseeing government programs or project portfolios valued at $30M or more annually
Experience with P&L accountability and demonstrated success with organic project growth
Experience leading project managers and multi-layered teams
Strong executive presence and client-facing experience
Expertise in the business and operational mechanics of federal contracting
