Job Description
• Identification of suitable talent on LinkedIn and XING
• Development of search strategies and Boolean search strings
• Analysis of profiles in the freight forwarding/logistics sector and commercial functions
• Documentation and maintenance of candidates in the system
Job Requirements
- Some practical experience in recruiting or in a recruitment consultancy
- Experience in active sourcing
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and/or XING
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
