Job Description

• Deliver engaging, high-quality virtual and in-person training experiences for strategic enterprise clients and partners. • Facilitate sessions on mental health and well-being topics. • Support client launches and key meetings. • Drive and evolve Headspace’s Champions and Community programs. • Own the day-to-day experience of the Client Admin Community. • Act as a consultative partner to enterprise clients. • Create and update existing Headspace training content. • Support training and engagement projects from concept through delivery. • Design net-new trainings and engagement products. • Support the training and ongoing development of Headspace’s internal and external facilitator network.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning, training, or engagement experiences for enterprise audiences.
  • Strong public-speaking and facilitation skills across virtual and in-person settings.
  • A creative and curious approach to facilitation and learning design.
  • Experience partnering with external stakeholders, including large organizations and teams such as HR, People, Learning, or Wellness.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • A genuine commitment to improving workplace well-being and mental health.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required. A valid passport/visa is required.
  • Occasional early morning deliveries (6-7am EST) and evening (9-10pm EST) may be expected.
