Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in health-related sciences or relevant field required.
- Minimum 7+ years of industry- or contract research organization (CRO)-related Data Management experience.
- Minimum 3+ years’ related experience in management.
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point are required.
- EDC experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
- Client-focused approach to work.
- Solution-focus and ability to creatively solve problems and resolve issues.
- Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
- Proven history of continuous improvement.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to multiple data management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) clinical data management systems.
