Job Description

• Owns the project management of an EHR Integration between a customer and iRhythm • Responsible for leading internal calls & customer calls • Owns the success of the EHR integration between the customer & iRhythm • Utilizes technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate EHR integration technically & operationally to seamlessly fit into customer workflows • Supports customers throughout projects from kickoff through go live, to ultimately hand off the customer to our Customer Care organization for ongoing support • Develops and maintains relationships with cross-functional partners and customers on a regular basis • Collaborates internally and externally to understand the EHR integration opportunity, need, account readiness, and fit. • Documents customer scope, workflows, and utilizes best practices to bring projects to a successful outcome • Assists sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and details to the clients on pre-integration calls. • Develops and implements KPIs, goals, and success metrics, so the customer delights in working with us and so the iRhythm Zio Service is further adopted throughout the customer’s system. • Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s, Epic and/or Epic Aura is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (IRIS for Health/Intersystems preferred, others are ok!).
  • Experience with FHIR is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU).
  • Experience with scripting (we use ObjectScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed.
