• Collaborate with Business Relationship Management/Consultants (BRM/BRMC), Business Solutions Analysts (BSA)/Other business partners, Project Managers (PM), Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) and other IT partners as needed • Work closely with BRM/BRMC and BSA to understand needs, collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements • Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met • Develops and maintains comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes • Identifies and coordinates interdependencies across multiple domains, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of efforts. • Leads and accelerates the delivery of projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion within set timelines • Cultivates and sustains strong, collaborative relationships with various domains and key contributing partners • Collaborate with Architects, Developers and others as needed to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives • Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a go-to resource for business partners, providing in-depth knowledge of the applications and platforms. • Review and provide feedback on documentation crafted by other analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Regularly update BRM/BRMC, BSA and PM on the status of issues and risks. • Ensure Accurate Translation and Traceability of Business Requirements into Technical Requirements: Collaborate as needed with BSA and other business partners to capture all vital business needs by using Business Requirements Document (BRD) • Validate the technical requirements, support the business requirements, delivering expected features and functionality • Create, Maintain and Update Documentation.
