• Lead wireless strategy sessions, assessments, and architecture development for enterprise Wi‑Fi, Private LTE/5G, and CBRS-based solutions. • Own end‑to‑end design (HLD/LLD), RF planning, spectrum analysis, standards, and configuration governance. • Direct delivery of complex deployments and migrations across campus, warehouse, healthcare, and other mission‑critical environments. • Drive integration across LAN/WAN, identity (802.1X/EAP‑TLS), NAC, security, mobile core, and observability platforms. • Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders, this can include both technical documentation and non-technical documentation. • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions to address their needs • Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
