• Execute quality design work for University offices and departments under the direction of senior creative leadership. • Design brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, event collateral, signage, and other print materials in alignment with University brand standards. • Support creation of supporting digital assets (social graphics, simple display graphics, presentation layouts) as assigned. • Maintain strict adherence to institutional brand guidelines, typography standards, color systems, and visual identity frameworks. • Prepare production-ready files for print, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, bleeds, color profiles, and file specifications. • Assist in the full print production process including vendor communication, file packaging, proof review, and quality assurance. • Obtain and compare print bids as directed; communicate findings clearly to project managers and leadership. • Review color proofs and final files for design and text accuracy prior to release. • Maintain organized file structures and proper archiving of completed projects. • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards and strong internal customer service. • Other duties as assigned.
