Job Description
• Call warm and re-engaged leads from the CRM
• Handle inbound leads and follow up on previously contacted prospects
• Re-engage business owners who expressed interest but did not book a call
• Ask qualifying questions related to: Business status, Funding interest, Timing and eligibility
• Clearly explain next steps and book qualified appointments
• Overcome basic objections professionally
• Book appointments directly into the clients scheduling system
• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and dispositions in the CRM
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and clean CRM records
• Meet daily call activity and appointment-setting targets
Job Requirements
- Clear, fluent English with strong communication skills
- Confident phone presence and professional demeanor
- Prior experience as an Appointment Setter or Cold Caller
- Experience in financial, lending, or funding campaigns is preferred (e.g., business loans, MCA, credit repair, funding services)
- Comfortable discussing business funding and credit topics (training provided)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using dialers (e.g., Aircall or similar)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., OnceHub or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
