Job Description

• Design, build, and scale Neuroscale’s partner-led go-to-market motion • Create a repeatable system that recruits, enables, and activates partners • Identify, recruit, and close high-impact partnerships with ATS, HRIS, and adjacent HR tech platforms • Drive co-marketing and co-selling motions with ecosystem partners • Recruit and enable VARs, SIs, and solution providers

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channel, or business development in B2B SaaS (HR tech strongly preferred)
  • Experience in building and scaling partner GTM motions (referral, co-sell, resale) with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with partner and customer leadership
  • Operationally rigorous — ability to design processes, define KPIs, and drive outcomes
