Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of various technical and digital solution implementation projects for our public sector clientele. As a vital team member, you will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers to assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project plans.
Prepare reports on project status, identify risks, and propose solutions.
Assist in resource allocation, tracking project expenses, and managing project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
Support client-facing communications, including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and communication strategies aligned with project objectives and client needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
- Experience within the technology consulting or public sector industry, a plus.
- Familiarity with complex integrated CRM and eCommerce platforms are considered substantial assets to this position.

- Salary range of $61,000-$91,000.
