Job Description

The Business Associate plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the CEO Office, this position ensures that operating systems, business processes, projects, and internal controls are executed with efficiency, precision, and purpose. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, business-minded professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of translating insights into actionable results while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and discretion. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced business qualification strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or management consulting
  • Proven exposure to executive-level decision-making environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration software
  • Strong analytical, financial, and process management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and optimize costs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of compliance, licensing requirements, and internal control frameworks is a plus
