Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, Adult Education, Clinical or IT Related Field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Adult Education, IT or Related Field Preferred
- Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification required within 6 months of hire
- Typically, 2 years experience in adult education, clinical informatics or healthcare required
- Previous Epic experience in IT or as an end user preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to present to large groups of people both virtually, in person and recorded as needed
- Effective critical thinking skills, decision making and problem solving
- Proficient with all Microsoft office products and the ability to learn other applications proficiently
