Baptist Health is looking for a System IT Manager, Pharmacist to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. Provide counsel to the System IT Director- Pharmacy Applications related to the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and development of BH IT functionality in accordance with strategic initiatives. Work with appropriate executives and managers, physician representatives, support staff, and hospital staff to implement processes and technologies as supported by Baptist Health (KY). Develop and cultivate working relationships with key stakeholders in support of BH’s IT strategic priorities. Participate as needed on hospital/BHMG based groups and facilitate communication between operations and the IT Director. Provide counsel to IT Director on short- and long-range strategy related to processes and technology that will impact operations within Baptist Health. Directly assist in the development and maintenance of Baptist Health’s long-range IT strategy.
