What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an AI Collaboration Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our lodging line of business. In this role, the AI Collaboration Specialist will support the implementation, adoption, and measurement of AI- and data-driven productivity solutions across Corpay’s lines of business. This role is focused on helping knowledge workers integrate AI tools into their daily workflows in ways that improve efficiency, accuracy, and measurable business impact. This is an early-career role designed for a high-potential individual who combines structured thinking, strong communication skills, and a bias toward execution. You will coordinate closely with the Innovation Lab, AI Center of Excellence, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and optimized. You will report directly to the Global AI Collaboration Lead and support enterprise-wide AI initiatives across all Lines of Business. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Coordinating and directly facilitating Corpay’s global AI training programs, managing participant onboarding, session delivery, engagement tracking, and completion reporting across regions and Lines of Business. Executing the expansion of AI training through scalable delivery models, including transitioning content from facilitator-led sessions to computer-based and self-service learning formats. Managing program logistics and monitoring engagement levels to support sustained global participation. Co-designing and delivering engaging AI Blast sessions to increase awareness, experimentation, and responsible use of ChatGPT. Educating employees on practical, role-based AI applications that improve productivity and output quality. Using adoption data and engagement insights to co-design & deliver targeted coaching sessions that increase meaningful and responsible use of ChatGPT. Creating and maintaining reusable AI enablement assets, including prompt libraries, workflow playbooks, and micro-learning materials. Analyzing and reporting on ChatGPT enterprise usage data to identify behavioral trends, engagement gaps, and opportunity areas. Analyzing and summarizing adoption patterns by function, geography, and role to inform targeted enablement efforts. Preparing structured reports on participation, adoption trends, and productivity indicators to support AI performance tracking. Measuring and reporting on global training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics, including feedback scores and post-training usage trends, to continuously enhance program impact. Supporting business teams in applying ChatGPT capabilities to specific workflows and documenting repeatable use cases. Gathering user feedback, identifying common friction points, and summarizing improvement opportunities. Supporting small-scale experimentation to refine adoption tactics and improve enablement effectiveness. Staying informed on advancements and feature updates within ChatGPT and related AI tools. Exploring relevant new capabilities and documenting practical insights for internal knowledge sharing. Recommending enhancements to training formats and program structure based on data and user feedback. Contributing to AI Center of Excellence initiatives as needed, supporting cross-functional efforts to advance enterprise AI priorities. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in consulting, technology, business operations, product operations, data, or a related field. Strong interest in AI, automation, and productivity technologies. Understanding of mapping workflows or process improvement initiatives. Comfortable facilitating training sessions and presenting to cross-functional audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate activity metrics into meaningful insights. Structured problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or productivity copilots preferred. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $70k-$75k.
