Job Description

We’re looking for a pioneer to help us evolve traditional FP&A into a strategic engine for growth. As an internal consulting partner and early champion for AI, you’ll help us chart the course for our omni-channel future, blending financial rigor with the speed of artificial intelligence. Support key company initiatives by blending financial rigor with AI-powered efficiency. Partner with teams across the business to help turn complex data into decisive action. Assist in maintaining the company’s operating model, projected P&L, and cash flow reporting. Support the annual budgeting process and help prepare quarterly materials for our Board of Directors and investors. Apply your emerging expertise in LLMs (like Claude) to accelerate data cleaning, dashboard creation, and research. Help automate both traditional financial reporting and cross-functional analysis to increase our "speed-to-insight." Support cross-functional projects and operational improvements across the company. Dig into the numbers to uncover the "why" behind product performance, inventory planning, and marketing spend, translating raw data into actionable insights for leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in 3 Statement Financial Modeling and analytics.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing brands is a plus.
  • Emerging expertise and genuine interest in using LLMs (like Claude) to work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and synthesize data.
  • Some experience with Claude Code, SQL or Python is also a plus.
  • Highly curious, eager to learn, and excited to step outside the bounds of traditional FP&A.
  • Enjoy working across different departments and comfortable communicating complex financial concepts to non-finance partners.
