Job Description
Sony Corporation of America seeks a Manager, Infrastructure Operations and Data Center Services in Reston, VA to be responsible for Data Center and Network facilities operations management, including Sony configuration items and assets.
Monitor systems and ensure hardware, network, and server availability using tools including SolarWinds to detect and resolve performance issues.
Deliver IT programs through governance, resource and financial planning, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Analyze service performance and recommend Service Level Requirements (SLRs) adjustments to align with business needs while balancing cost and operational impact.
Oversee offshore and onshore vendor teams, ensuring SLA compliance, driving efficiency, and resolving delivery obstacles.
Collaborate with ADM (Application Development and Maintenance), BRM (Business Relationship Management), and Infrastructure Services teams to ensure that Development and Maintenance services are delivered up to expectations.

Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of experience monitoring systems.
- Experience using tools including SolarWinds to detect and resolve performance issues.
- Ability to deliver IT programs through governance, resource and financial planning, and TCO strategies.
- Experience analyzing service performance and recommending SLR adjustments.
- Experience overseeing offshore and onshore vendor teams.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

- Salary Range
- $145,500.00 – $150,000.00/year.
