Job Description

The Sr HR Analyst Compensation will play a critical role on the Global Total Rewards team and is accountable for translating compensation data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include supporting the business on compensation-related requests, including: Job evaluations Offers Analyses and other related requests as needed and assigned Job matching Benchmarking survey submissions and results analyses The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation, particularly as a partner to the business and job matching, and a strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, data analysis techniques, and relevant regulations (ex: Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Minimum Wage).

Job Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to apply job evaluation techniques such as market pricing, classification, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and problem-solve
  • Ability to research complex questions
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in other Microsoft applications, SuccessFactors, and SAP
  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years in Compensation or related experience with proven analytical and computer software capabilities
  • Progress towards or attainment of CCP preferred
