Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in municipal law
- Knowledge of Municipal Law and public law
- Familiarity with the Brown Act, CA Public Records Act, CEQA, and Cortese Knox Hertzberg Act
- Experience in Land Use, housing, and post redevelopment matters
- Understanding of elections and utility services
- Experience with public works contracting
- Knowledge of labor and employment law
