Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Excel
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
- Minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience (a plus)
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing (a plus)
