Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, operations analytics, or services-based analytics.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Proven experience building KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems from the ground up.
- Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or clinical services delivery models preferred.
- Ability to translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
- Experience working within hybrid embedded and centralized analytics environments preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
