Job Description

• Help architect a finance function built on signal, integrity, and scalability • Build and maintain the company’s operating model • Develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses • Deliver recurring KPI and budget-versus-actual reporting • Collaborate with GTM leadership to align financial plans with revenue targets • Provide pricing analysis, margin review, and discount governance • Contribute to board and stakeholder materials • Evaluate business cases for new initiatives • Improve data integrity across systems • Streamline reporting workflows and implement automation

Job Requirements

3+ years in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or SaaS finance
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with a strong understanding of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, LTV, CAC, etc.)
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build models from scratch
Strong presentation and narrative skills; able to distill complex analysis into concise, decision-ready outputs
Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining analytical rigor at a high velocity
Solid understanding of financial statements and accrual accounting concepts
Familiarity with modern finance systems (e.g., Salesforce, Campfire, Runway, Ramp) preferred
SQL strongly preferred
