• Develop and implement an annual social media strategy aligned with brand goals, product launches and regulatory requirements • Produce high-quality, platform-appropriate content (copy, images, video, reels, stories) that educates, engages and converts • Own day-to-day community engagement—respond to comments and messages, moderate conversations, and foster a positive brand community • Plan, run and optimise paid and organic campaigns across channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn where appropriate) • Ensure all social content complies with South African regulations and platform policies for hemp and cannabis products; manage approvals and maintain audit-ready records • Track KPIs, generate regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI and audience growth • Work closely with product, sales, customer service and legal teams to align messaging, product launches and customer communications • Identify, onboard and manage partnerships with creators and community partners in line with brand and compliance guidelines • Stay current with social trends, platform features and industry best practices to keep our approach innovative and effective
