• Assist the General Manager in managing the overall Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling (P-O-L-C) functions of the facility. • Assist the GM in managing aspects of the P-O-L-C framework to meet budget, revenue, and customer satisfaction standards. • Offer hands-on support to the team to create a customer-first environment. • Assist GM to hire, train and develop staff to meet company guidelines. • Manage the day-to-day operations including staff management, customer and employee issues. • Assist GM in Audit of the facility to confirm and enforce compliance. • Build relationships with customers to manage satisfaction. • Track and lead facility staff to meet company metrics.
