• Partner closely with Learning and Development leadership to design, build, and implement advanced technical capability programs. • Translate business-defined capability priorities into structured, scalable learning solutions. • Lead the development of comprehensive technical learning strategies for GCO leaders and experienced individual contributors. • Design structured learning journeys on study management, site management, trial execution, and operational excellence. • Establish global technical standards and capability benchmarks to ensure consistency across regions. • Ensure leaders demonstrate strong technical depth in addition to people leadership capability.
