Job Description
• Design and guide practical frameworks, processes, and approaches to bring go-to-market models to life
• Ensure operational foundations are aligned and embedded into everyday ways of working
• Champion mindsets strengthening customer-centricity, agility, and shared enterprise accountability
• Create strategies fostering psychological safety, leadership engagement, and team resilience
• Partner to support adoption and integration of new practices
• Establish meaningful feedback loops and leverage data-driven insights to track and measure impact
• Collaborate closely to drive alignment across all transformation initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
- 10+ years’ experience in organizational change management, cultural transformation, or organizational effectiveness
- Deep expertise in established change management methodologies (such as PROSCI, Kotter, or ADKAR)
- Proven experience leading both structural and cultural transformation within large, complex organizations
- Track record of fostering cultures grounded in agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement
