Job Description
• mxdwn Games News Writers are expected to be on top of and keep up to date with what’s going on in the gaming industry on a daily basis.
• Writers are encouraged to go out and find the news that is relevant, fresh, and interesting to a broad gaming audience.
• They are expected to be able to research, source information, and then convey that news in a well structured, engaging article, on a 5 days a week basis.
Job Requirements
- Have a passion for journalism, writing, and video games.
- Have a competent understanding of the English language including: grammar, flow, structure, and spelling.
- Have adequate time to properly research and write a cohesive article 5 times a week. (300 words minimum)
- Be able to work professionally with all members of the Games department.
- Have access to the internet and your own personal computer.
