Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–15+ years of finance, ERP, or consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in core finance functions, including:
- Cost Accounting & Product Costing
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Fixed Assets
- General Ledger & Financial Reporting
- Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
- Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or product-based environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders preferred.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with manufacturing-focused ERP systems.
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, Electronics, CPG, or Food & Beverage.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Background in a senior finance role (Controller, Director of Finance, etc.) is a plus.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred.
- Compensation
- $100,000 - $145,000 a year
- Incentive Pay: Up to 30% of base salary, based on performance and billable utilization
- Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and demonstrated expertise.
- Travel may range from approximately 20%–50% depending on client needs.
